How Tall This Fall

He's Here - Monroe Corey Kruse

On Monday, I spent a lot of time inside this room.
Luckily there was a great view.
And great company!

Things didn't go quite as planned - plans are dumb anyway.

But you know what went exactly right....this boy!
Monroe Corey Kruse - 8 pounds, 3 ounces - 20.5 inches long.  Momma did good!!

The Drive In Party

Every now and then I have successful ideas (or successfully pull off Pinterest ideas) and man was this one of them.  I have to say this was, for sure, one of our most successful kid parties to date.

Tons of big boxes were secured (thank you Bobby and Nate!).  Tires and steering wheels were attached.  And kids were let loose with colored masking tape, stickers and markers.  They went to town!

Stan, Lucas and Brenna

They had some supervisors, but worked hard all on their own as well.
Caleb and Kelly
Michael...and baby Michael

Adam...who seemed to be enjoying himself.
And when they were done it seemed they were pretty proud...and ready for snacks and movie at the drive in.

The Big Boy Toys

Hey Mom.  You think I could get one of those brother things?  I kind of love their toys.

Happy Hump Day

SIGH.  Another dreary Wednesday.

Guys...I think you may be confused about where the cuteness is.

Momma knows where the cuteness is!!

Welcome - Elise Vivienne

In case you missed it on October 9th our village grew.  Avah became a big sister.  Elise Vivienne joined the world!  She is a doll baby and we couldn't be more thrilled to welcome her.

Not to brag, but my girl is getting good.

Happy Hump Day

No! Pa Pa!  I will not smile on a Wednesday!

My Boys and My Girls

I've said it before and I'm sure I'll say it again.

There's something about watching the little boys that I used to play with.  That I grew up with.  Play with my girls.  It melts me.
