5k Challenge - Week 12

Sunday - Lots of working out today. .8 Mile walk with Mike and Carli Grace...we walked to see baby Charlie! Then a gym trip with Kelly. 1 mile run - 9 Minutes. 2.5 Miles elliptical - 30 Minutes. Abs and back - 35 Minutes.

Monday - 3.2 Miles - 32 Minutes

Tuesday - Ultimate Fitness Mix class - Zumba and Strength Training

Wednesday - None

Thursday - Gym Day:1 Mile run - 9 Minutes, 2.874 elliptical - 30 Minutes, Arms and some abs

Friday - Gym Day: 1/2 Mile Run - 4 Minutes, 2,874 elliptical - 30 Minutes, Abs, abs, abs...um, medicine ball equals ouch.

Saturday - 2.4 Miles - I didn't time it, but it's generally around 21 minutes.

Total Workout Time: 330 Minutes
Total Distance Ran: 8.1 Miles
